By accessing and using Emisthra ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal or commercial CBAM compliance purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Emisthra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Emisthra or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Emisthra or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law
